In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in
Ghazza
(Gaza)
by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** 'Hamas condemns Israel’s mass killing of emergency workers in Gaza Monday 31-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, has strongly denounced the Israeli occupation army for cold-bloodedly killing 14 emergency workers in southern Gaza a few days ago. “This crime is considered the largest act of collective targeting and deliberate killing of ambulance crews. It underscores that we are facing a criminal and sadistic enemy devoid of any human values and with no respect for the international law, the international humanitarian law, and the Geneva conventions, which guarantee the protection of medical and civil defense responders during conflicts,” Hamas said in a statement on Sunday. “The criminal Zionist enemy persists in committing the most heinous crimes during its brutal genocidal war on innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip. It systematically and flagrantly violates all laws, relying on disgraceful international silence and political and military support from the US administration, which is complicit in these crimes,” Hamas added. The Movement called on the entire world to condemn such Israeli crimes against humanity in Gaza and take steps to hold Israeli war criminals accountable for their actions. Gaza’s health ministry said in a statement on Sunday that bodies belonging to eight Red Crescent paramedics, five members of the civil defense, and one person whose identity remains unknown had been recovered from a site in Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafa'h. According to the ministry, those emergency responders, who had gone missing for days, had been executed in cold blood and some of them were found with their hands bound. The ministry added that the bodies of the first responders showed signs of being deliberately targeted. “Some of them were shot in the head and chest, and they were buried in deep holes to prevent them from being found.” However, Al Jazeera satellite channel said the Red Crescent recovered the bodies of 15 emergency workers, including eight paramedics, six civil defense workers and one UN employee, a week after their vehicles came under fire from Israeli forces near Rafa'h in southern Gaza. In this regard, the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) denounced the Israeli execution of 15 first responders in Rafa'h, calling for an independent international investigation into such a “brutal crime.” In a statement, PGMO accused the Israeli army of cold-bloodedly targeting and killing eight Red Crescent paramedics, six civil defense workers and one UNRWA employee as they were on a humanitarian mission to evacuate civilian casualties from Rafa'h in southern Gaza after they responded to urgent distress calls. PGMO also accused the Israeli army of preventing ambulance crews from evacuating the bodies of those first responders for eight consecutive days. PGMO pointed to testimonies confirming that some of those victims were physically liquidated and shot in their heads and chests while being handcuffed. “This crime was not random targeting but intentional execution that was carried out under an official directive from the Israeli army.” PGMO held the US administration and European countries complicit in the genocidal war on Gaza, especially Britain, Germany and France, fully responsible for such a “heinous crime.” “It is a war crime and a full-fledged crime against humanity,” PGMO underlined. *** 'Hamas: Absence of accountability encourages Netanyahu to go ahead in his crimes Monday 31-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The absence of accountability coupled with international silence and indifference encourage Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu to go ahead in his crimes and disregard international law, 'Hamas Movement said in a statement on Sunday evening. It added that the “terrorist Israeli army continues to bombard civilians in Gaza without any consideration to the sanctity of 'Eidul-Fitr.” Dozens of Palestinian citizens, many of them children wearing new 'Eid clothes, were massacred on the first day of 'Eidul-Fitr in the Israeli violent bombardment. 'Hamas charged that the Israeli shelling of children in their tents on the first day of 'Eidul-Fitr “reveals the fascist nature of the Israeli occupation government, which is devoid of any human or moral values.” The Movement called on the free people of the world to pressure their government into enforcing an end to the Israeli aggressions in Gaza and the West Bank. It also called on the international community to pressure Israel to cease fire immediately and return to the agreement to halt the Palestinian bloodshed and to proceed with the prisoners’ exchange deal *** ****** Death toll in Gaza surges to 50,357 amid ongoing Israeli genocide GAZA, March 31, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 80 Palestinians were killed and 305 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the past 48 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 50,357 documented fatalities, with an additional 114,400 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. According to the Ministry, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews. Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N *** Israeli occupation army continues massacres in Gaza on second day of 'Eidul-Fitr Monday 31-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued on Monday, the second day of the 'Eidul-Fitr holiday, to commit massacres in the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that several civilians were martyred or injured early on the second day of 'Eidul-Fitr following a day marked by deadly Israeli attacks. On Sunday alone, the death toll rose to 76 martyrs, including over 30 children, with the majority of casualties reported in Khan Younus. Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation army tanks and troops carried out an incursion into the northeast of Al-Buraij refugee camp in central Gaza, amid intense artillery shelling and heavy gunfire. At dawn, an Israeli warplane reportedly bombed a house in Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood in the east of Gaza City. Local and media sources reported that an Israeli air strike targeted a house belonging to the family of Al-Najjar, in 'Abasan Al-Kabeera town, east of Khan Younus in southern Gaza, killing two civilians and injuring others. He said that Israeli fighter jets conducted an airstrike targeting a house belonging to the 'Hamada family on Yafa Street in the Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, east of Gaza City, claiming the lives of 10, including three children. He added that the fatalities, one of whom was dismembered, were taken to the Arab Ahli Hospital. Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip and killing hundreds of Palestinians, including over 100 children. Since March 18, the death toll reached 1,001 with 2,259 others wounded, according to medical sources. Emergency teams are attempting to recover victims still trapped beneath the rubble. The aggression was resumed amidst concerns over the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Strip given the ongoing siege and ban on the entry of medical and humanitarian aid. Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 50,357 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 114,400 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. K.F. *** Israeli occupation forces briefly hold and assault Palestinians south of Al-Khaleej (Hebron) Al-Khaleej (Hebron), March 31, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Monday briefly held and assaulted Palestinians in Masafir Yatta, south of the occupied West Bank city of Al-Khaleej (Hebron), according to a local activist. Osama Makhamra said that the occupying forces held members of Al-'Adra family in one of the hamlets making up the Masafir Yatta and beat them up, inflicting bruises across their bodies. He added that the attack came after Israeli colonists released their cattle on Palestinian crops in the area, while noting that the soldiers rounded up a Palestinian after assaulting him for attempting to fend off the colonists’ encroachment upon agricultural land. Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others. Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law. Masafir Yatta is made up of 19 hamlets that rely heavily on animal husbandry as the main source of livelihood. Located in Area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli administrative and military control, the area has been subjected to repeated Israeli violations by settlers and soldiers targeting their main source of living - livestock. It has been designated as a closed Israeli military zone for training since the 1980s and is accordingly referred to as Firing Zone 918. Israeli violations against the area include the demolition of animal barns, homes, and residential structures. Issuance of construction permits by Israel to local Palestinians in the area is non-existent. K.F. *** IOFs kidnap several Palestinians in West Bank raids Monday 31-March-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped last night and at dawn Monday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in different West Bank areas, amid clashes with local youths. The forces have also continued their tight siege on the camp, deploying bulldozers in Al-Manshiya and Al-Maslakh neighborhoods, where they have been carrying out house raids and damaging infrastructure. The latest attacks have resulted in the displacement of numerous residents, particularly in the areas of Jabal Al-Nasr and Jabal Al-Sali'heen on the outskirts of the refugeen camp. Eyewitnesses reported that many families have been forcibly removed from their homes amidst the destruction. The ongoing Israeli assault on the wider Toulkarm region and its refugee camps since January 25 has led to the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Many others have been injured or detained. In addition, an estimated 24,000 people have been displaced from both the Tulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps, in addition to the numerous families forced to flee from the northern neighborhoods of the city. The continued military assault has further resulted in widespread destruction, including the demolition of homes, businesses, and vehicles, many of which have been either completely or partially destroyed, burned, looted, or damaged. The entrances to both refugee camps and their alleyways have been blocked by dirt mounds, further isolating the population. M.N. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers storm Bedouin community near Aree'ha (Jericho), damage residents' property Aree'ha (Jericho), March 31, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed the Arab al-Mleihat Bedouin community northwest of Aree'ha (Jericho) and released their livestock onto Palestinian residents' property. 'Hasan Malai'hat, the general supervisor of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, told WAFA that the settlers damaged fodder, hay bales and palm trees belonging to a local resident and terrorized the residents. The 'Arab Al-Mulai'hat community has been subjected to repeated attacks by colonists as part of ongoing attempts to displace its residents and seize their land. They said that colonists set fire to a plot of land belonging to the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees after sabotaging the barbed wire fence surrounding it in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)’s Shaikh Jarra'h neighborhood. The settler violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. The settler violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others. Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) in violation of international law. K.F. *** Israeli occupation army razes structures in Jordan Valley, kidnaps three citizens in Ramallah Monday 31-March-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army carried out demolitions in the northern Jordan Valley and kidnapped three Palestinian young men in eastern Ramallah on Monday morning. According to local sources, Israeli occupation forces stormed Bardala village in the northern Jordan Valley and demolished some structures belonging to Palestinian citizens, including an agricultural facility under construction. The Israeli occupation army also demolished residential structures belonging to a Palestinian citizen and his son in al-Burj area of the northern Jordan Valley. In eastern Ramallah, Israeli soldiers kidnaped three young men during raids on homes in Silwad town. Israeli occupation forces also broke into and ransacked homes in northern Qalqilya and western Bait La'hm (Bethlehem). *** Occupation authorities force Palestinian to self-demolish house in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), March 31, 2025 (WAFA) - The Israeli occupation apartheid regime, today, forced a Palestinian to self-demolish his house in Silwan in the occupied West Bank city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to local sources. They said Mu'hammed Abu Suway' was forced to tear down his own house in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, following threats by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime Municipality and imposing a fine of ILS 75,000 (approx. $20,400) on him. Abu Suway' added that he had been living along with his 12-member family in the house, which covered an area of 200 meters square while pledging that he would continue to live in a tent at the site of his demolished house. Using the pretext of illegal building, Israeli occupation authorities demolish houses regularly to restrict Palestinian expansion in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). At the same time, the Israeli occupation apartheid regime Municipality and government built tens of thousands of housing units in the illegal Israeli settlement, in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), for Jews to offset the demographic balance in favor of the illegal Jewish settlers in the occupied city. Although Palestinians live in East Jerusalem, a part of the internationally recognized Palestinian Territory that has been subject to Israeli military occupation since 1967, they are denied their citizenship rights and are instead classified only as "residents" whose permits can be revoked if they move away from the city for more than a few years. They are also discriminated against in all aspects of life including housing, employment and services, and are unable to access services in the occupied West Bank due to the construction of Israel's separation and apartheid wall. According to a report by the Israeli human rights group B’Tselem, the Israeli High Court could be liable for war crimes for their policies that led to the dispossession of Palestinians from their properties in Area C of the West Bank. The report, Fake Justice, shows that the court’s support of Israeli planning policy is tantamount to support for dispossession and forcible transfer of Palestinians, a war crime under international law.
